> Product will be delivered via email or Google Drive depending on which will give the image the best possible quality.

> Once delivered, seller is not responsible for loss of product.

> If the product is an illustration, customer is entitled to a refund if the commission takes longer than 1 month to create.

> Customer must speak to seller in a quick, transparent, and respectful matter.

​​

> All artwork is filtered through an anti-AI poison to protect the seller from the artwork being fed to an AI image generator.

> Products can be used for commercial means without additional charge and within reason (ex Twitch emotes & social media pfps).

> Customer does not have the right to feed any artwork to an AI Image generator. Nor is the customer entitled to use seller's artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any AI-related technology datasets.

 

> **Seller can refund or cancel transaction at anytime for any reason.

> Customer may make changes at the sketch and flat art phase. However, once in the rendering phase, the product cannot be altered.
